1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and kv77 ("kv77," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the kv77 website located at kv77.one and all associated services, platforms, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using the kv77 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the kv77 Platform.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, game-specific terms, bonus terms, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotional terms, the more specific terms shall prevail.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the kv77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under PAGCOR guidelines for online gaming in the Philippines. kv77 will not knowingly permit any person under 21 to register or play.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of kv77 does not violate any laws applicable to you.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of kv77 or any of its affiliated entities or game software suppliers.
• You have not previously been excluded from the kv77 Platform or any other licensed gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

kv77 reserves the right to request identity documents and proof of age at any time. Accounts that fail to satisfy eligibility requirements will be suspended or permanently closed, and any balance attributable to underage or ineligible play may be withheld pending review.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) kv77 account only. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances across the duplicate accounts and permanent suspension from the Platform.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. kv77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

You must notify kv77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. kv77 may suspend your account as a precautionary measure pending investigation of any suspected security breach.

kv77 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, or payment method documentation. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

kv77 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Deposits are credited to your kv77 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. kv77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are ordinarily processed within 15 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the recipient bank.
• kv77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing time.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.

kv77 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. Deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

kv77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any additional terms specifically stated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by a specific promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the period stated in the applicable offer. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.
• Abuse: kv77 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting software bugs, placing offsetting bets, or coordinating activity with other accounts.
• Modification: kv77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the kv77 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for digital games, or via live dealer stream for live casino products. Game outcomes are independently audited to ensure compliance with stated Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages.

In the event of a disconnection during a live game, kv77's system will follow established resolution protocols. kv77 is not responsible for any losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's end. If a game round cannot be completed due to a system error on kv77's side, the affected bet will be refunded at kv77's discretion.

kv77 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where a technical error, software fault, or human error has resulted in an incorrect outcome being displayed or paid. In such cases, the affected round will be reconstructed and settled correctly, or the relevant stake returned.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kv77 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including providing false registration information or using stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the Platform's software or security systems.
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing promotions, limits, or restrictions.
• Abusing the kv77 customer support team or engaging in harassing, threatening, or offensive communication.

8. Responsible Gaming

kv77 is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling for all Filipino players on our Platform. We acknowledge that a small proportion of players may develop problematic gambling behaviours, and we have built tools to help.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all kv77 account holders at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you can incur within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the kv77 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period.
• Reality Checks: Opt in to receive periodic notifications of time spent on Platform during a session.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the kv77 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and game content, is the property of kv77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any material from the kv77 Platform without the prior written consent of kv77.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kv77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the kv77 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

kv77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kv77 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.

kv77 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

11. Privacy

kv77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the kv77 Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and can be accessed at /privacy-policy.

12. Amendments to These Terms

kv77 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the kv77 Platform following the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any modification, you must stop using the kv77 Platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and kv77 arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting kv77 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory authority.
