• Financial data: GCash account number, Maya account details, BPI/BDO/UnionBank account references, cryptocurrency wallet addresses (USDT TRC20), and transaction history. kv77 does not store full bank account numbers beyond what is necessary to process transactions.
• Technical data: IP address, device type and model, operating system, browser type and version, session duration, and login timestamps.
• Gameplay data: Bet history, game sessions, wins, losses, bonus activity, and responsible gaming tool usage.

• Payment processors: GCash (G-Xchange Inc.), Maya (PayMaya Philippines Inc.), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and other payment service providers, for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals.

6. Data Retention

kv77 retains your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a minimum period of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with Philippine AML regulations which require retention of transaction records for that period.

Identity verification documents are retained for the duration of the account relationship and for five years thereafter. Marketing preference data is deleted upon opt-out or account closure. Technical and log data is retained for a maximum of twelve (12) months unless required longer for a specific legal investigation.

At the end of the applicable retention period, kv77 will securely delete or anonymise your personal data so that it can no longer be associated with you.

7. Security Measures

kv77 implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or alteration. These measures include:

If kv77 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that account will be immediately suspended and all associated data will be securely deleted, subject only to any mandatory legal retention obligations.
